BEST DAYS OF SUMMER SPECIAL

This 3.5 hour trip covers 30 km of the best part of the Thompson including all your favorite rapids like the Frog, Witches Cauldron, Cutting Board and Jaws followed by an afternnon BBQ at our Lytton base.

RESERVATION & CANCELLATION POLICY FOR 1, 2 & 3-DAY TRIPS
A deposit of 50% of the cost of the trip is required to reserve space; full payment is required 21 days prior to departure. If you make your reservation less than 21 days before your trip, the entire cost is due immediately to confirm your participation. Due to the nature of our business, which requires early commitment of resources, full refunds will only be given for cancellations received up to 21 days prior to departure. There are no refunds with less than 21 days notification. Hyak reserves the right to alter or cancel any trip due to insufficient bookings or conditions beyond our control.

RESPONSIBILITY
All participants will be required to sign a Release of Liability Waiver prior to their rafting adventure. Anyone under the age of 19 must have their waiver signed by a parent or legal guardian. A copy of the waiver can be obtained prior to your river trip by email or fax. Anyone appearing under the influence of drugs or alcohol will be denied to participate.

Chilko/Chilcotin/Fraser

SIX DAY ADVENTURE

This 6-Day river expedition is an all inclusive from Vancouver, British Columbia. Includes all meals, beverages, camping equipment and hotel Saturday before departure.

RESERVATIONS & CANCELLATIONS FOR 6 DAY EXPEDITION
A deposit of $700 CAD is required to reserve your place. Payment in full is required by June 1st. We strongly recommend trip cancellation insurance in case circumstances develop prohibiting you from taking part in the expedition. If notice of cancellation (for medical reasons only) is received in writing before June 1st, the deposit will be returned less a $100 administration fee. Due to the nature of this expedition, which requires long-range planning and early commitment of resources, no refunds will be given if cancellation notice is received after June 1^st.
